Investment in new automatic reel slitting machine - Heyne & Penke Verpackungen GmbH

After the installation of the new automatic reel slitter TB 10/SB from SAGE was completed in the past few days, the line is expected to be put into operation at the end of March.

In addition to automatic slitter positioning of the 20 slitters, the new automatic reel slitter also features automatic core positioning and placing on pallets.
The possible reel widths range from 500 to 1,350 mm; the maximum reel weight is up to 2,000 kg.

With a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm and a speed of 600 m/min, the throughput times are to be shortened and our productivity increased!
