Quality Inspector (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw material and material properties comply with quality and customer requirements
  • Perform and evaluate quality-relevant production tests and analyses according to ISO 9001 ff. for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods
  • Properly document measurement data using electronic data processing
  • Create blocking notices in the event of quality defects in collaboration with the quality officer
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal and external quality standards

 

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), Physical-Technical Assistant, or a comparable qualification

  • Experience in performing quality inspections using appropriate testing equipment and methods (GC method)

  • Laboratory experience in materials testing is desirable

  • Good command of English is an advantage

  • Team player, willingness to work shifts, and high motivation

Your Responsibilities

  • Repair and troubleshooting of existing production systems (printing, laminating, and converting equipment)

  • Performing maintenance work in the areas of mechanics and plant engineering on various machines and components

  • Conventional turning and milling work for the reproduction of spare parts

Your Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding and mechanical knowledge

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic

  • Professional experience as an industrial mechanic

  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics required

  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering required

  • Proficiency in MAG/TIG/MIG/electric and gas welding required

  • Experience in conventional turning and milling required

  • Basic computer skills required

  • English skills desirable

  • Color mixing and color matching

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate, support, and set up our complex production and roll-slitting machines in accordance with the production plan

  • Conduct product and quality inspections in line with quality standards and record data in the EDP system

  • Maintain and process material control lists in accordance with internal company guidelines

  • Enter malfunction reasons into the real-time data recording system

  • Analyze and resolve errors in coordination with the team or department management

 

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally, completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator or a technical qualification with mechanical aptitude

  • Good technical understanding and, preferably, experience in machine operation within a production environment

  • Manual dexterity and quick comprehension skills

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to work in shifts
