Food

The food industry places the highest demands on packaging and its manufacturing processes. More and more, our customers are also focusing on sustainability, waste reduction, food safety, and ethical as well as ecological responsibility. Confectionery

Our flexible packaging for the confectionery industry is one of the specialties that has earned us worldwide recognition. Confectionery manufacturers can choose from a wide variety of options to find the perfect packaging for their specific product. From development to delivery, we support our customers with proven expertise every step of the way.

Fresh produce (meat, sausage, cheese)

Whether modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) or vacuum packaging — with or without high-barrier properties or anti-fog coating — our Application Technology department provides expert advice and guidance on all these specialized solutions. Depending on customer requirements, the packaging material can be produced from a wide range of film composites, such as PP/PE/EVOH or PET/EVOH/OPA/PE.

Snacks

With the wide variety of snack specialties, it is essential to respond precisely to every customer’s individual requirements. Our expertise in flexible packaging ranges from the spiral-wound paper labels for stacked chips to customized film pillow bags — always designed to combine product protection, convenience, and shelf appeal.

Tea

As a sensitive wellness and health product, tea requires particularly careful packaging choices. More and more tea specialists are switching from paper to film sachets for individual tea bags in order to preserve the delicate tea aroma and extend shelf life. High-performance PP/PE laminates are ideally suited for tea bag packaging.

Non-Food Products

Quality Inspector (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw material and material properties comply with quality and customer requirements
  • Perform and evaluate quality-relevant production tests and analyses according to ISO 9001 ff. for raw, semi-finished, and finished goods
  • Properly document measurement data using electronic data processing
  • Create blocking notices in the event of quality defects in collaboration with the quality officer
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal and external quality standards

 

Your Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA), Physical-Technical Assistant, or a comparable qualification

  • Experience in performing quality inspections using appropriate testing equipment and methods (GC method)

  • Laboratory experience in materials testing is desirable

  • Good command of English is an advantage

  • Team player, willingness to work shifts, and high motivation

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate, support, and set up our complex production and roll-slitting machines in accordance with the production plan

  • Conduct product and quality inspections in line with quality standards and record data in the EDP system

  • Maintain and process material control lists in accordance with internal company guidelines

  • Enter malfunction reasons into the real-time data recording system

  • Analyze and resolve errors in coordination with the team or department management

 

Your Qualifications

Your Responsibilities
